President and founder of the new Deantronics (ND), has launched its sales office in San Francisco, California, in 1985, and then set its factory in Taiwan in 1987. Without any technical training or experience, through its system of control strategy and management philosophy, the president has built a reputation of ND as a reliable manufacturer and developer of medical devices. ND all products directly exported to large global healthcare companies, including Philips Medical Systems, Johnson & Johnson, and Covidien. With the rapid growth of the business, the need to expand the production capacity has become more urgent. Sitting in his office in early 2009, the President knew that she could not wait for the move. Several options were presented to her, and the factors that influenced her decision to include considerations on the supply of quality human resources, geographical convenience, ready to move to its present employees, accessibility and opportunities for future expansion.
