Montgomery Watson Harza (MWH) aims to become the world leader in water / environment, energy and infrastructure sector by expanding the range of services, products, and building capacity through the use of their global positions and concepts of knowledge management. MWH leaders wanted to continue to expand the use of knowledge in different geographic and business divisions. The main character, Vic Gulas, recently expanded his responsibilities include leading human resources and information technology groups. According to leading IT, HR, and a group of knowledge management strategies can be developed which are considered as the technological and social aspects of knowledge management. However, limited resources and time pressures continue to show the results presented Gulas with several potentially competing strategies to pursue.
