Emile Durkheim argued that the freedom should be free from narcissistic injury. It should be ensured that the person should not know to whom he is deepened rather acknowledge the things instead and the person should disappear. Differentiation is another important factor, which would create dependence, which ultimately result in solidarity of society and organizations(Macmillan, Aristocrats of Freedom, 2005).
Karl Marx argued that the person should have strong sense of individuality, so that he could secure more compensation and will able to mitigate the dangerous level of political issues, bureaucracy and insecurity level. The person’s will power should be strong along with an increased self-esteem level, which could be acquire by having a high level of political and social security(Machmillan, 2005).

It is concluded that Max Weber define rationalism as transgression and Emile Durkheim defines freedom as a highest security level. While,Michel Foucault defines individual identities in a way that describe the lower and higher selves and the worse and better desires. According to Emile Durkheim, an individual should be free in doing his work and should not ask nay permission form other.
