Mission to Mars (A) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This case is set in the spring of 2000, several months after two consecutive, unsuccessful missions to Mars. Students were asked to assess the causes of these failures in the context of NASA's "faster, better, cheaper", which was launched in 1992. They also face the task of repairing the Mars exploration program that treats a lot of uncertainty - political, financial, and related results, and scientific - that may affect the program. Includes color exhibits.
