Tim Adlington, president and owner of Middlesex Mushrooms Limited (MML), resulted in the formation of cooperative mushroom growers to increase bargaining power of the Member States and, without intermediaries, to sell directly to retailers. The decision to establish this cooperative were not completed, and there were many issues to consider. At the same time, he and Ted Kuipers finalizing an agreement for the supply of mushrooms in a major Canadian supermarkets. In addition, Adlington and Kuipers are considering combining their companies.
