For five weeks, Michael "Mac" Ling was in Lexington, Virginia, Darden Plant Engine Plant (DMW), interviews facility managers, quality experts, maintenance managers and maintenance personnel. He was investigating a mysterious problem: how was the penetration of dirt paint on trucks built at the site - and how to stop it. Small particles cause major and expensive problem.
