On July 16, 2014, the finance supervisor of the Powertrain Department in the Whitby, Ontario branch of Astra Automotive, a worldwide automotive components maker, was summoned to a meeting. He remained a part of the firm for 11 years, steadily climbing through the ranks because of intense work ethic, comprehension of business complexities and his analytical abilities. He was driven to succeed and ambitious; as an effect, he was sometimes perceived as severe and somewhat disrespectful toward colleagues and those under him when errors were made.
He had been a part of present function for just over a year, and colleagues were insistent that he enrol in training to help him better direct his section and staff though the company was pleased with his results. Beat with preparing for a major presentation, he neglected to do that. Because of this, he was suspended with pay for one week for supposedly not handling a co-worker with esteem.
