Though, the rate of the crimes is not much, but other cities such as Los Angeles, have a low crime rate as well. Furthermore, Georgia and Alabama also have high ranked fashion schools, but these were not preferred as they are quite far from the cities where the quality work is done in terms of fashion.

Therefore, I suggest that the head office should be located in Los Angeles. The reason I recommended Los Angeles is that, some of the fashion schools are ranked best in the world, which are situated in Los Angeles. There are many students from those schools who are ready to start their career and ready to use their skills and knowledge for successful fashion management. Whereas, I gave priority to Los Angeles over other cities is that the expenses are quite low as compared to New York. The transport rates are much better than New York. For example: The monthly pass for transport costs around $75, the utilities such as electricity, water and heating are $113.60 and the internet prices are lower too. The property in Los Angeles is valued, but they property prices and rents are lower than New York City. The property taxes are from 1% to 1.3% in Los Angeles. Whereas, Los Angeles is also a business hub and as you know it’s also famous for tourism and Hollywood. So it can be a better city for locating head office. Los Angeles also provides a pool of employment and also workforce for different jobs. It also provides schooling and skills according to the job requirements. Additionally, there is a whole network of transport and Airport available for fast transport and deliveries.

Coming on to the selection of Design studio location. The design studio demands for the talented and creative fashion designers. No doubt, the cities being ranked as the best in the fashion industry, also possses best fashion designers in the world. Quality designers and experts demand high wages, which is hard to arrange for new companies. The wage rates are higher in the cities for example, New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco and etc. These cities have designers who provide quality work and efficiency, but their wage rates are high.................
