Furthermore, the company needs to set certain rules and regulations that allow the employees to complete their projects comfortably just like the projects should be distributed based on expertise and knowledge and if the firm randomly assigns the projects to the consultants without looking at the qualification and expertise than the quality of work will not remain efficient and according to the Canadian code of conduct, it is an ethical issue or crime that mentally distribute the clients and the quality of project the project will not remain productive in addition to this the client segment/ customer market of the firm can be disturbed badly that has a direct and indirect impact on the reputation and economic health of the firm (Jewell, 2022).

According to the Canadian code of conduct, the company's most essential assets are the employees and their clients if any firm violates these rules then the firm faces legal penalties in the form of charges or suspension of its operations however, in some cases the firm operations could be permanently suspended so, the firm needs to ensure the sustainability of human capital. The case of Eve refers to two major ethical issues that are very serious and the company needs to fix these issues if the firm fails to resolve these issues then the firm might face legal action. So, the task should be assigned to the consultants that have experience or the firm could form a team comprised of consultants of management strategies with Evi so, the project would be completed before the clients' deadlines or at the time. Furthermore, the quality assurance team should be there who supervise and check the project on the daily basis so, the project pressure would reduce and newly join consultants would perform well this approach help the firm to retain a better brand representation in the market.

Currently, the firm is facing two fundamental issues that should be resolved because these two issues directly impact the two most significant assets of the firm i-e Client and consultants. where it is the primary responsibility of the firm to provide complete and high-quality clients assignment and the second is the assigning of tasks to the relevant consultant. So, If the company fails to assign the relevant assignment to the relevant consultant then it would directly impact the quality of work due to which the flow of clients and retention of skillful employees would be adversely affected.

Quality of Services

It is the responsibility of the firm to maintain the high quality of its client project because according to the CMC-Canadian code of conduct it is the primary and most significant right of the client to provide him/her with the quality of the project according to the guidelines of the client. So if the firm fails to provide qualitative work to the client then it client can sue the firm due to which the company could face various legal issues which directly impact the customer market.

It is required for the company to provide high-quality services to the client and if the company fails to provide the services to the client then it would lead to legal issues and clients have to right to sue the firm. In addition to, this,the requirement of thorough, hardworking, and well-organized service means that a firm should make every effort to deliver the apt facility to the client. So the consultant or employee of the firm must inform the head or the supervisor regarding the relevancy of the task in his field.

In addition to this if the firm ignores the qualification and expertise of the consultant and randomly assign the project to the employee then the consultant has the right to sue the firm because it can affect the quality of work and it can distribute the employee's mindset and goals for the sake of which the employee joins the firm. The CMC-Canadian code of conduct has strict rules regarding the task assignment from the firm to the employees and according to which the firm cannot assign any task to an employee who has no expertise relevant to the task while if the firm forcefully assigns the task then the employee can take action against the firm regarding the injustice (Kelchevskaya, 2019).
