Lululemon Athletica Inc., headquartered in Vancouver, found herself beyond the growth, when the newly appointed CEO, on March 2014, announced the last year’s fourth quarter results same as before. These flat financial results demanded a strategy that could uplift the company and could repair its image. Along with this, Lululemon also faced some challenges in 2013 including, a public relations fallout after a disputable interview and careless apology by its founder, and a product recall of its apparel brand besides with the resignation of some major executives. It required to incorporate a plan that could address the company’s reputation and could divert its customers and investors towards herself.
