Hoping to benefit from a diversity of resources, knowledge and ideas, MBA students at the school were assigned to training teams. Each member has been specially selected to be mixed gender, ethnicity, training, and interests. But these benefits may outweigh the problems associated with multicultural differences. This case offers a disguised but real, the team learned that could be used in the classroom to unpack, as richly diverse group of problems getting along and why their personality clashes intensified.
