Lean take two Reflections from the second attempt at Lean Implementation Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

It's not easy to be skinny. And for many companies get lean right the first time is not always possible. Lean is a management philosophy focused on the identification and elimination of waste throughout the value stream of the product is distributed not only within the organization but also to the power supply circuit of the company.
