Lake Superior Lodge: It’s Not Always About Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

In mid of January 2013, whoever owns its recently appointed manager and Lake Superior Lodge were meeting to find out a marketing plan to turn things around at the motel. The owner, who was born and raised in Duluth, Michigan, bought Lake Superior Lodge primarily due to its position. The property was established on the scenic North Shore of the Lake Superior amid the Duluth and Two Harbors.

Ten years subsequently, however, the motel had to turn a profit. The supervisor was hired in late 2012 to increase its profitability and to manage the motel.
