A slight modification of the company in one of their existing products caused some difficulties in the production process. One result of higher scrap and quality problems and, consequently, lower-than-expected price value ratio for this product. Problem-solving team to dig in its cost accounting system and the data of the shops, looking for the cause. The team is also looking closely at every stage of the production process, which could be causing the problem.
