Consumers with a divine right to rule the market. However, the "client" in the business-to-business relationships are not so entitled. Asserting and enforcing such rights makes the client-king villain, because it gives performance inferior to the value chain in which the "client", by the way, one part. Chain execution depends on the activity distributed among its members, the effectiveness, creativity, efficiency and market with which they operate, and most importantly, the extent to which the activity is integrated. Performance should be analyzed in terms of impact on the overall profitability of the chain. Since unification, the reorganization and coordination of business functions in the chain can be expected to reduce costs, lower asset investment and increase sales and revenue. But rejecting the idea that the members of the chain of dance to the tune of the customer is essential for a single value chain to exist. "Hide
