Michelle Morris, a partner Kelman and Beaton, partners in the law (K & B), was upset after the conversation she had just had with his two partners, Jack Beaton, and Josh Kelman. Over the past few months, Morris and Kelman became frustrated with the performance in Beeton. Beaton seemed to devote more of their time on the second business and to a lesser extent to the progress of the company. Beaton also took a hard line against the strategic direction of the company.
