Professor Stiglitz, a faculty member of the prestigious Columbia University in New York. He teaches Economics and is the receiver of the 2001 Nobel Prize for Economics. He is Senior Vice President and a former Chief Economist of the World Bank, and was Professor Stiglitz served as the Chairman in the committee, which advised on Economical affairs during the Clinton Administration.
Professor Stiglitz has authored numerous books on subjects like globalization and economics, including “Globalization and Its Discontents” and “Making Globalization Work”. His latest book, released last winter, is Freefall: America, Free Markets and the Sinking of the World Economy (Penguin).
