It would increase his morale and confidence and he would initiate even a very crucial action without any resistance and fear.

The appointment of Salett at a more senior position would provide him a number of opportunities and he would easily deal with the prevailing problems of the organization. He would be free to make any sort of strategic decision and direct the subordinates to carry out his orders accordingly. It would make him able to directly contact the CEO of the organization and tell him about his plan. He should select a suitable control system for the company, which would be capable of dealing with different issues of the organization, i.e. internal controls, operations, productions, administrative and the accounting function of the company. By working at such a senior position he could directly communicate his proposed strategies and its impacts to the external auditors of the company and also to the other stakeholders, i.e. the stock exchanges, other executives of the company, the corporate lawyers of the company and the shareholders and directors. Instead of discussing the matter with CEO and directors of the company, he should take an immediate action towards the solution of the problem because he would be the person, who would be held responsible for any sort of loss faced by the company due to these problems that come under his span of authority. Therefore, he should assume that the CEO and members of the BOD were aware about the prevailing circumstances and they knew that how he would respond to these circumstances. He should also give the examples of different firms that their executives have also adopted the same strategies for taking out their firms from such sort of problematic situations. At the end he would conclude that, if a person has the power of a position, then he would have a suitable platform that allows him to take certain actions to make things right..........................
