Recently hired a human resources (HR) director had come up with a program that will meet the needs of knowledge transfer from older, more experienced project consultants in the younger and newly hired inexperienced staff. HR Director, has developed a program called Project Management Professional Mentoring (MP 2).
The program met with great resistance at all levels of the organization, making the design and implementation process is more complicated. MP 2 program was implemented on a trial basis and after four months, due to the mixed results, HR was more confused than ever. He had three days to prove to the executive board that the program is worth the cost, time and resources to implement.
