Introduction
There may be times when a person had developed or invented something and gone unappreciated or unrecognized. The person might have solved a great problem or have found the answer of a nagging question but he goes unaccounted. In order to give credit to these hard working and intellectual personalities it was necessary to keep a list of them and give them acknowledgment of their achievement. There were also times when an intellectual individual or group of people came up with great work, but their studies were stolen by high status individuals. This has to be stopped as this make those intellects disheartened and stop them from working to progress their studies. There were also times when people used other’s work and claimed it to be done exclusively by themselves. This created a rift between who did the original work and who plagiarized.
