"Safety net" providers play an important role in the care of populations in states such as California. How to increase the prominence of network security, medtech innovators who want to change the situation began to design and develop new technologies to help these providers to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of their care. This note provides practical considerations that must be taken into account in the development of technologies aimed at network security.
