Describes the concept, development and implementation of corporate housing services (CSC), an international assignment for the benefit of society at high potential employees IBM. In 2008, a pilot program, the CSC, and the world's top 100 IBM, staff were deployed to work on local partners, often nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), in places such as Ghana, Tanzania, Romania, the Philippines and Vietnam. The case provides the data for the students to assess the first year and to recommend what changes IBM have to do to the program moving forward.
