This case illustrates the Mitsubishi Motors Manufacturing of America (MMMA) response to allegations of sexual harassment in 1996 in its normal, Illinois, facility. In most cases, the main focus on the events that took place between 1992 and the spring of 1996, which led to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) investigation and a class action, which at that time was estimated to be the most expensive dress ever filed. Make decisions in case of Lynn Martin, former U.S. Secretary of Labor, who were hired Mitsubishi, to help the organization to take corrective action.
