This article explores the four major points, which defines the differences between social entrepreneurs and their conventional counterparts, starting from the differences between “value capture” and “value creation”. The author calls for standard economic theories and business models to find an appropriate place of “others-regard,” and not for only self-interest, as a potential way for alternative, business decisions which have a significant impact.
