This case analyzes strategy deployment and continuous development of disaster reaction processes at Hotel Dieu de France (HDF), an university hospital in Beirut, Lebanon.
The disaster response strategies, conceived and developed during three battles from 2006 to 2008, are subsequently tested and improved via a drill including Hariri Airport.
