It focuses on a truly win-win partnership with rural; female self-help groups (SHGs). HLL assists micro credit; that is usually confined to be accessed by SHGs. SHGs in turn buy HLL products and sell them in their hamlets in a decentralized way; thus creating better general living conditions for their families as well as various opportunities for rural communities including income and training opportunities for girls.
The A-instance describes essential decisions reached during the beginning phase of the job and the cornerstones. It details anticipated deliverables for the stakeholder groups and the value chain. This first case of the string finishes when the system has been set up and started; but discloses none of the actual results.
