As the U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton acted on a long standing notice in public-private partnerships to make higher and trigger an Office of Global Partnerships reporting honestly to her. One major proposal that also tackled her interest in women's authorization was to create a coalition a critical public and environmental health issue in developing countries, for clean cookstoves.
This case looks at what the results are to deploy resources on the earth and across the federal government in addition to the process of creating partnerships, and examines the change process within the State Department. It raises the question of whether the coalitions will be sustainable when Secretary Clinton departs from office.
