Provides hints about the conflicting interests and objectives of the joint ventures and the main risks inherent in the company. Shows that some participants may profit from other members. Written from the point of view of Henderson Land, the main partner in the joint venture project, but, in essence, each partner is at risk and needs to be guaranteed in order to consider its position. Goals this case are twofold: 1) To show how different members of the project development of multilateral may have contradictory goals, and even sign up for the same purpose, that is, successful and profitable development of the enterprise. 2) To create a vehicle of the project from the point of view of any partner enterprise.
