GMAC: The Pipeline Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

To increase awareness of an MBA degree as a feasible choice for minority students, this case provides an imaginary account of 2 college pals weighing their postgraduate alternatives. With the objective of enhancing the pipeline of graduates from underrepresented groups-mainly African Americans, Hispanics, and Native Americans-who choose to pursue postgraduate degree in company, a group of 16 tactical partners signed up with forces with Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC), the not-for-profit designer of standardized admission examinations for company school.
