Business schools around the world have adopted globalization and, as a result, trying to attract foreign students in their programs. Training of various groups of students has many benefits, but not without problems, including cultural differences in educational expectations and student self-efficacy. The purpose of this article is to suggest that we can make plans and activities that can help Asian students quickly adapt to the expectations of Western education.
