Managers are trying to accomplish strategic change often struggle when their stretegic initiatives face the culture of their organization. Knowing the organization culture as a whole certainly common assumptions about people "how things should be done here" is a constant problem for the leaders, not to mention trying to change this culture. This fictional role-play event was designed to help students gain experience in understanding the foundations of organizational culture, strategy and change management, process group in the top management team and negotiations. Founded in pedagogy of experiential learning, this case is composed of six parts in a role-play scenarios that illustrate the complex situation management.
