Managers attempting to implement tactical change frequently struggle when their strategic initiatives run into their organization's culture. Being aware of an organization's culture-the normally unquestioned, common assumptions that people have regarding how things are to be done, which-is an ever-present challenge for leaders in saying nothing regarding the attempt in changing the culture. This fictional role-play case has been designed to assist the students regarding management, group process in a top management team, and discussion, and develop expertise in understanding principles of organizational culture, strategy development. This instance contains six functions in an individual role-play exercise scenario that exemplify a challenging management situation. People are faced with differences in viewpoints and goals, in order to develop a productive strategy and culture for the organization and those differences must be addressed by pupils.
