Do men and women have different styles of leadership? They approach to management in a different way? This note summarizes the two points of view, which dominated in the ongoing debate on gender differences in organizational leadership and management behavior. Psychological theories emphasize different outlook, attitudes and values instilled in men and women during their development and socialization. In contrast to the situational theory states that gender differences is small, and mostly artifact differences in features, power, and lack of representation in business and organizational settings.
