Filling Institutional Voids in Indonesia: Jababeka’s Foray into Infrastructure Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Due to logistics and infrastructure bottlenecks in Indonesia, the business had moved into various infrastructure projects, including a port and a power plant. Both projects suffered from delays due to regulatory sophistication despite the fact that the company had identified significant business opportunities in the type of a captive market of industrial estate renters.
