Fifth Street Jewelers: Miller Moran Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Miller Moran, a lawyer acting on a voluntary basis as an artist to his mother's estate friend tried to sell a 3.5-carat diamond ring whose lineage can be traced back to the Eastern European branch of the family and the Romanovs. Real estate liquidator offered $ 18,000 for the ring, but Moran said that it was a low-ball offer because online search suggested numbers ranging from $ 30,000 to $ 35,000.
