The success of Fei Ni Mo Shu (you're the One) has resulted from it representing the current Chinese labor market, people's livelihood attitudes and what Chinese companies demand from the workers. As Fei Ni Mo Shu enters its sixth year, the show’s producer grapples with questions of how exactly to keep the show fresh and appealing as the underlying social and economical conditions that resulted in its success.
