Subsequent to 15 years working with clients, the writer believes that efforts to enhance these conversations by teaching managers the best way to give opinions have been misdirected.
The best means to reach feedback dialogues that are more beneficial is to become proficient and more energetic receivers of the responses they get. This necessitates beating three challenges: understanding what is actually being said, to be able to separate the message in the messenger and, finally, knowing the triggers that can make you more or less receptive to the guidance being given. To ensure everyone can hasten their capability to understand, enhance and grow the goal will be to change the opinions culture.
