Recently the organization has been facing difficulties in keeping up with the demand of boats due to the lacking of their supplier. The production level of the company has immensely increased since its origin and now the company is producing boats in larger frequencies, which require efficient operations from their supplier.
The owner of Boat Parts and More Inc., Jay Sharma, has been cooperative with the company with several issues however, now as the demand for his supplies has increased therefore,he is finding it hard to maintain adjacent with the high quality and timely requirements of the company.
