The indigenous communities of Australia are so old that they portray the first human picture that landed on earth. These communities even have sub-divisions among them with diverse communities and cultures. Some of these communities do not speak English as their first language. On the other hand, the non-indigenous communities of Australia are the emerging communities, which after industrialization, have a modern gene in them.

Since the indigenous communities are so ancient, their way of living, way of eating, and way of finding solution, way of interacting with other, way of thinking, way of portraying and developing rationale and way of perceiving the message are entirely different from non-indigenous population. The reason of such traits is that they have withheld with their initial culture and practices and have not shifted from it. After industrialization and boom in the industry, many organizations have emerged in different fields catering and comprising different populations of Australia. With the passing time, working with mix population and cultural diversity, a new term has been coined by many researchers and sociologist called “work ethics” or “ethics” that define how an organization should develop a culture that caters and determines the value of ethics of the structure of the business and how their basic ethics rules can make or break an organization.

The indigenous communities are the most divested communities residing in Australia, which speaks more than 145 languages and phrase derived from the Latin Europe. With time, many Indigenous Australians have started using English and its phrase in their local language, however, an eminent threat is being covering the whole Australia with the problem called Indigenous issues. These issues have arisen due to a number of factors like un-equality, unemployment, racism, discrimination and unequal distribution of resources leading to increased death rates, suicides and infertility.

These issues have given rise to many ethical issues and the communities/businesses that deal with these ethical dilemmas to reduce the number of problems with indigenous population. The ethical practices include the way organizations, communities, individuals should conduct and behave with indigenous Australians in order to comfort them. Most of the emphasis has been put by ethical communities on the government to regulate polices that encourage the justice among indigenous and non-indigenous population of Australia that will bring in wealth, mental health and stability for indigenous Australians.
