Several of the motorists of managerial actions are non-deliberative whereas there's much focus on improving the cognitive facets of ethical decision making. The explosion of academic work in behavioral science has emphasized a number of behavioral biases, blind spots, and decision snares that can greatly influence activity and ethical decision making.
This note focuses on a number of unique behavioral influences and the way in which they relate to ethics. Along with emphasizing these behavioral effects can impair decision making, we discuss ways they could be exploited to possibly improve actions and ethical judgements.
