Sherron Watkins, who was chosen as one of Time magazine "Person of the Year" for her role as a whistleblower in the scandal with Enron, is my personal opinion on what went wrong at Enron, as well as what is wrong with the whole system that the country's stock market depends on the proper functioning. Enron not only the management and consultants failed shareholders and employees, but the market and watchdog agencies also failed to protect the interests of the shareholders as well.
