ESMT’s pitch to EAD Systems (B) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

At about 6:00 p.m. on the 31st of May 2007, Urs Muller and Christoph Burger from ESMT European School of Management and Technology were becoming prepared for the demo. In approximately an hour they will present their proposal for an executive program to CEO of Energie aus Deutschland Systems and two of his senior most HR managers. Waiting in the Lobby of a hotel resort in western Germany next to the EAD Systems headquarters' primary entry, Urs recalled the pitching procedure by scrolling through his notes.
