In this article, we summarize the crucial ideas behind an entrepreneurial orientation (EO), which refers to the tactical practice that organizations use to identify and establish new companies. We begin by describing the five measurements of EO.
Businesses displaying activities consistent with these measurements are associated with higher levels of functionality in lots of areas, including bottom-line, firm-level outcomes. We close by providing numerous suggestions for how workers, entrepreneurs, and executives of recognized corporations can develop and implement these five different measurements.
