Much has been made of dysfunctional behavior of the executive power in recent years. Thus, the purpose of this article is to help organizations in the design of executive work. To build a better working environment, which reduces the selfish and unethical behavior, we assume that the structure of the organization of the executive branch about three factors: the accountability of environmental management powers and the relationship ended. These factors are used to describe how organizations can better design of managers in order to promote a more desirable executive behavior.
