The founder and the only employee in Montreal Drawn and Quarterly, the company that publishes comic books and graphic novels, asked whether the changes he needs to do in the way he ran his company. He loved his job, he worked with the great cartoonists, and he enjoyed his own boss. He wanted to invest in new projects, but also his ability to do so depended on sufficient income from sales.
