Author makes a statement about the minimum moral obligations ยป(SMMO) for companies in industries such as pharmaceuticals, which have the ability to deal with rampant health risks in developing countries. He defines corporate liabilities, consisting of three elements, and claims that the new concept of corporate citizenship and business software recognizes the obligation imposed by its SMMO. With the support of the international community, he says, will help the company to maintain a favorable environment for business.
