Discovery Ltd. is a South-African based insurance company. Started in the early 1990s, Discovery used data collection and behavioral economics to innovate in the healthcare insurance industry. Its creator Adrian Gore believed the business’s products needed to not only make money but have a favorable effect on society.
Using the early 1990s' Vitality Wellness system as its tactical lynchpin, Discovery additionally entered new markets abroad and expanded into other insurance places and financial services products. In late 2014, Gore and his team had to determine how to further develop the business and prioritize among many growth opportunities.
