In December 2008, Thomas G. Tsao, Acting Director General of Digital Media Group (DMG), venture capital, technology providers, and the media are mainly used in the subway, to decide how to structure the company's offer for advertising concessions in the existing 13 Shanghai, the planned subway lines.
