The founder and CEO of Dialogue in the Dark (DID), a Social Enterprise in China, had a wide tenure with a different background. Her passion to work with blind made it possible to introduce DID to China. This enterprise had been facilitating disabled individuals by awareness. Many social entrepreneurs had entered into the Chinese market recently. But the CEO had to find out a more effective way to introduce social franchising in this market to embrace the growth and success. She needed to develop and implement a business model that could divert the investment for DID. However, the marketing and revenue outlets were not in the enough quantity, but to mark the success it was necessary to expand it.
