Developing Allies and Alliances: Autopistas del Sol and SES Foundation Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Autopistas del Sol (AUOL) was a company which had established a partnership established in 1994, when it was chosen, through a public bid procedure, to construct and handle two of the principal highways in the city of Buenos Aires.

One of its plans was Community Study Groups (CSG), and this was an initiative which it took with AUOL to foster education in two of the neighborhoods encompassing one AUOL-managed highway. This article takes place a couple months before the start of the disaster that affected Argentina, in late 2001. Focuses on the possible changes and dangers entailed by AUSOL's choice to try and search for other sponsoring businesses for the program for the CSG plan. In addition, it brought about a series of predicaments for both organizations, although this strategy planned to ensure program continuity.
